Welcome to Earle Page College’s official Coast Run Page!
Earle Page College is a residential college of the University of New England, Armidale. The Coast Run Committee of Earle Page College comprises of ten college residents who, for over 37 years, have raised funds for the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI) at Westmead, Sydney.
The Earle Page College Coast Run is a well-recognised event in Armidale and Coffs Harbour. The run commences from Earle Page College, Armidale, passing through Dorrigo and finishing at the Coffs Harbour Jetty, taking two days to travel 220km.
The 2017 Coast Run date has been arranged and organised, the group of runners will start off in Armidale on Friday the 25th of August starting at around 7:30am. The runners complete one kilometre relay-style runs as far as Dorrigo, where there is an overnight stop. The next day on Saturday the 26th of August the runners will start off again at 7:30am continuing to the Coffs Harbour Jetty.
Since its commencement 38 years ago, the Earle Page College Coast Run has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the CMRI and has become a significant part of the culture and community that Armidale has fostered, especially through the donations from various businesses in Australia, community leaders and the wider Armidale community!
