Have some fun out in the sun with Goes Bush
Coast Run Goes Bush was established in 2012. It organised as a substitute for the run from the front of Earle Page College to Coffs Harbour, which was unfortunately not able to go ahead. Instead the Run still went a head but at the grounds of the University of New England as a continuous fun run circuit. The 2013 Coast Run Committee saw it as an opportunity to hold another event to help raise money for the Children’s Medical Research Institute and also be a practice run for the main Run.
Coast Run Goes Bush has started a new tradition of being a fun run for the College and wider community to get involved.
As a committee it has been great to see the progress of Coast Run Goes Bush in becoming as much of a tradition as the other fundraising events, such as Fashion Parade and Auction. We hope that with continued support we will be able to continue to improve this fundraising event.
In 2017 there will be fun activities as well as this fun run, such as a BBQ lunch as well as other fun games.
Coast Run Goes Bush for 2017 will be on Saturday the 22nd of April.
This event will be run and organised by the Coast Run Goes Bush 2017 Coordinator Joe Worgan
